Merchant Launch Tracker

A lightweight readiness and go-live tracker for merchant-services agents, POS consultants, and small implementation teams.

The problem

Merchant launches often involve approvals, equipment, menus or catalogs, user setup, training, test transactions, site readiness, and go-live coordination. When status lives across texts, inboxes, spreadsheets, and provider portals, teams lose time answering “where are we?” instead of moving the launch forward.

What the first version should track

Readiness checklist

Application status, equipment, site requirements, configuration, training, testing, and launch date.

Owners and blockers

Every item has an owner, due date, status, and exception note.

Go-live visibility

A shared status view helps agents, installers, and merchants understand the next required action.

Boundaries

Does not process payments.
Does not replace underwriting, processor portals, or bank approval systems.
Does not store sensitive underwriting documents unless a compliant future version is explicitly designed for that.
Does not promise approval, funding speed, revenue growth, or processor outcomes.

Why this is the first bet

Process Rite gives Themerite direct access to merchant onboarding and POS deployment workflows. That creates a realistic dogfooding environment before software is sold broadly. The next step is validation through interviews and paid pilots, not pretending a full SaaS platform already exists.
